| * Please have the make & model numbers of the printer/copier/fax you are calling about. If you are calling about a copier, also have the meter reading for it. |
| * Call Us If Any Service Lights May Be On And Or Codes Displayed |
| * Make sure the exposure adjustment on your device is correct for the type of document you are copying or printing. |
| * Darker exposure settings will reduce your cartridge yield. |
| * If applicable, keep platen cover closed when copying to reduce toner waste. |
| * Store paper and toner in a location free from moisture, dirt, dust, and away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. |
| * Choose a good grade of paper, we recommend 20# paper. A good grade has minimal curl and low moisture content. |
| * High humidity makes copier paper damp, which causes jamming in your machine or poor copy quality. Always use fresh unopened reams of paper if you have problems. |
